The Fristoe Group specializes in offering products and services that effectively outsource a majority of the traditional human resource functions of small to mid-size organizations (excluding payroll processing), thereby improving their competitive advantage and productivity, ensuring employment consistency and allowing the business owner and their respective managers to focus on what they do best….Making a Profit!
In order to provide a targeted and cost effective offering, the services provided by our company are available on a retained or a project basis, working in addition to existing human resource staff or as a stand-alone provider. Our stated goal is to provide extraordinary human resource service to the customer, focused on the following areas:
EMPLOYMENT - Our company serves as a primary resource for the entire employment process, including identifying potential candidates for hire, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating follow up interviews with hiring managers until process is complete with a filled position. In addition, we conduct an ongoing assessment of existing staff and a full maintenance of staffing processes. We also provide assistance in the areas of progressive discipline, performance management and employee termination.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING - This is a process that identifies the client's employees targeted for development into the owners and operators of tomorrow. The Human Resource Development Planning involves extensive communication between management and the employee, with our company driving the process into action plans with timeframes and specific deliverables for success. The end result is a solid investment in specific employees that will increase employee satisfaction, retention and productivity and builds the leaders of tomorrow.
INFRASTRUCTURE - As part of our service offering, we conduct a review of existing human resource-related documents, policies and procedures, for consistency and clarity. When necessary, we can provide targeted job descriptions, performance appraisals, and employee handbooks / policy manuals for implementation to the client.
ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT - In addition to reviewing the corporate procedural infrastructure, we also assess the effectiveness of the organization from a resource standpoint; i.e. management alignment, employee reporting structure, organizational charting and staffing effectiveness.
TRAINING and EDUCATION - We serve as a resource for identifying training and education opportunities for the client's employees and conducting classes as they relate to human resource-related issues. These courses could include, but are not limited to, interviewing and hiring, employee termination, performance management, progressive discipline and coaching, sexual harassment, corporate diversity, and professionalism in the workplace.
CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION - A significant area of our service offering is, in the broadest of terms, Corporate Administration. Specific to the needs of the client, this can be narrowed to Salary Administration (maintaining real-time salary benchmarking for management review and use, as well as compensation oversight), Employee Benefits Administration (maintaining current benefits data per employee, working with outside benefits providers, and communicating changes / options for benefits plans to employees) or General Administration (serving as the client’s corporate management resource for operations as needed, as well as assisting in promotion of client’s company in the marketplace as appropriate, under the direction of client’s management.)
With executive experience in the human resource, training and corporate administration fields, across several industries and in companies from start-up to large employee base, we are prepared to assist internal resources, as well as lead the personnel side of each client’s business. This service offering is intended to provide consistent management and execution of processes as they relate to human resources, resulting in the enhancement of the client’s brand and reputation in the marketplace.
About the Owner: Daren Fristoe
During his professional career, Daren has had responsibilities for the overall
management of varied disciplines, including Human Resources, Training and
Education, Benefits and Salary Administration, General Office Management,
Franchise Services, Communication, Corporate Marketing and Event
Management, as well as Community Service outreach programs.
Prior to forming The Fristoe Group, Daren worked in the industries of collision
repair franchising, e-commerce procurement, telecommunications, staffing,
international manufacturing, and property and casualty insurance. Daren
received his undergraduate degree in political science from the
Missouri
Daren is active in community service, where he currently serves on the
Board of Directors for Hope House, and as a member of Rotary International,
the
Economic Development Council. Daren also serves as a Planning
Commissioner for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
