Charity Rice
Prior to joining TFG, Charity’s professional career has been primarily focused on the development and restructuring of new and existing Human Resource and Training Departments. Charity also spent a majority of her professional career in a management role where she assisted corporations in the start up, merger and/or acquisition phases of their businesses.
Charity’s management responsibilities have included human resources, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee and management training, product and service training, development of marketing materials, LOMA Proctor and management of multiple business locations.
Charity has worked in the industries of air pollution control, banking, e-commerce procurement, life insurance and professional staffing.
Charity is an active member of the community, involved in the R7 school districts PTA and sports organizations. Charity is also member of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce –Young Professionals.
