In addition, we conduct an ongoing assessment of existing staff and a full maintenance of staffing processes. We also provide assistance in the areas of progressive discipline, performance management and employee termination.

Human Resource Development Planning

Infrastructure

As part of our service offering, we conduct a review of existing human resource-related documents, policies and procedures, for consistency and clarity. When necessary, we can provide targeted job descriptions, performance appraisals, and employee handbooks / policy manuals for implementation to the client.

Organizational Assessment

In addition to reviewing the corporate procedural infrastructure, we also assess the effectiveness of the organization from a resource standpoint; i.e. management alignment, employee reporting structure, organizational charting and staffing effectiveness.
