Teresa Wedel
Teresa brings over 13 years experience as a Human Resource Professional to TFG.
During her career, she has held various roles within HR which include Recruitment and Selection, New Employee Orientation, Employee Relations, Management/Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Microsoft Office applications training, 360 Degree Feedback, and Job Profiling/Descriptions. Teresa has worked in the health care and financial services industries. In addition, she has worked in higher education and the public sector.
Teresa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University and her Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University. Away from the office, Teresa is actively involved in several organizations supporting children’s growth and education.
